Claas to invest 8.5 million Euros into Krasnodar plant until 2021
Within the upcoming two years LLC "Claas" will invest 8.5 million Euros into Krasnodar plant. The company will prematurely – until the end of 2019 – fulfill its obligations on investments into production localization. A ten-year investment plant has been virtually implemented over three years, as reported by the Press-Service of the enterprise.
A transfer of technologies and launch of the Russian production of almost all key accessories of the combine harvester TUCANO have already been carried out at the advanced production sites. The optimization of processes has been achieved due to new robotic welding stations. Axle bridges and combine harvester coaches have been localized; next in line are threshing system drums.

Over the first half year of 2018 LLC "Claas" has expanded the production of the grain combine harvester s TUCANO in Krasnodar by 40% as compared to the indices over the similar period last year.
Within the framework of a Special Investment Contract (SIC) concluded with the Russian Ministry of Industry & Commerce in 2016 providing for localization of production of the grain combine harvester TUCANO, Krasnodar plant has been carrying out works on expansion of the production. The total amount of investment into the establishment of additional production capacities in the metal processing and assembly shops made 6.6 million Euros. The upgrading project has been implemented during 2016-2017.
